DRAGON AGE INQUISITION

Models and sculptures created as part of the Dragon Age: Inquisition project from BioWare worked on armor sculpts and created some environment objects based on concepts and sketches. I wanted to demonstrate my meticulous approach to detailing. During this period I was particularly keen to work with feedback. I was lucky 10 years ago to work on concepts by the studio and to create armor sculpts as well as elements of the environment. The feature of this work was creative freedom that affected almost every detail of the model. Such as creases, scratches, tiny straps and fastenings needed to be imagined independently based on the design of the sketches. Also, the texture details, the texture and the feeling of it were entirely in the responsibility of the 3D artists. You can see that I tried to pay very close attention to the details while considering all the feedback and suggestions from the development team, and it was especially gratifying to see the fully realized and animated models in-game and the way the developers carefully arranged the environment elements I created on the level in consideration of how they looked. #DragonAge #romanyukart #3dsculpt #gameart #3Dartists
